Another Way to Customize.
Another Way to Say Yes.

OctoPatches gives Fully Promoted locations an easy way to add custom patches to their decoration lineup. Create patches online, order what you need, and apply them in-house with a heat press.

Meet OctoPatches

Custom Patches Without Making Patches Yourself

OctoPatches are custom, heat-applied patches designed for hats, bags, jackets, uniforms, workwear, and more. Combine your customer's artwork with different shapes, backgrounds, textures, borders, colors, and dimensional effects to create something completely different from traditional decoration.

Why It Makes Sense

Another Option for Customers You're Already Serving

You don't have to change your business. OctoPatches simply gives you another decoration option when the project calls for it.

1

Add Another Decoration Option

Give customers another choice beyond embroidery, printing, and your existing decoration methods.

2

Take On Difficult Hat Designs

Detailed artwork, gradients, and complex designs can sometimes be challenging to embroider. A patch gives you another option.

3

No New Patch Equipment

OctoPatches makes the patch. You apply it in-house with a heat press.

4

Order What You Need

Take on small and large projects without stocking piles of finished patches in advance.

5

Create Premium Looks

Offer leather looks, textures, dimensional designs, custom shapes, full color, and other distinctive styles.

6

More Than Hats

Use patches on compatible bags, jackets, uniforms, workwear, apparel, and other products.

See What's Possible

One Patch Doesn't Have to Look Like Every Other Patch

Different customers want different things. That's where OctoPatches gets interesting.

Step 1

Build the Patch Online

You don't need to start with a long chain of emails just to figure out what the finished patch might look like.

Use the OctoPatches online designer to build the patch, make changes, save the design, and order when you're ready.

  • Choose your patch shape and size
  • Select backgrounds and textures
  • Add customer artwork and colors
  • Choose borders and dimensional options
  • Preview the patch before ordering
  • Save designs for future orders
Step 2

Press It In-House

Once your patches arrive, they're applied with heat. For hats, a cap press helps the patch sit properly against the curved surface.

  • Position the patch
  • Protect the patch and garment during pressing
  • Apply with the recommended heat press settings
  • Allow the patch to cool before handling
The Bigger Idea

A Simple Addition to Your Existing Business

Customer asks for a leather-look hat? Offer a patch. Artwork is a nightmare to embroider? Show them a patch. Customer wants something completely different? Give yourself another way to say yes.
