Customer Artwork Certification

By uploading artwork, logos, graphics, text, or other content to OctoPatches, you certify and represent that:

  • You own the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to the submitted artwork, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, or authorizations to reproduce it.

  • Your submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OctoPatches, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or attorneys' fees arising from or relating to artwork or content you submit.

Order Authorization

By submitting artwork, approving a design, or completing checkout, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the custom products associated with your submitted design(s).

You authorize OctoPatches to manufacture the products as ordered and agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your order.

Cancellation Policy

Because every order is custom manufactured specifically for you, production often begins shortly after an order is placed.

For this reason, orders generally cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been submitted or approved for production.

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, we cannot guarantee that production can be stopped once it has begun.

Production Adjustments

To ensure the highest possible production quality, OctoPatches reserves the right to make minor adjustments to customer artwork when necessary for manufacturing.

These adjustments may include, but are not limited to:

  • Resizing elements

  • Adjusting spacing or alignment

  • Modifying line thickness

  • Adjusting lettering for readability

  • Optimizing artwork for production

  • Making minor color or material substitutions when required for manufacturing

These adjustments are made solely to improve the finished product and preserve the intent of the original design. Significant design changes will not be made without customer approval when approval is part of the ordering process.

Color and Production Variations

Because products are custom manufactured, slight variations in color, texture, placement, dimensions, and finished appearance may occur between digital artwork, proofs, monitor displays, and the final product. These variations are considered normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Right to Refuse Orders

OctoPatches reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
