Here's how it works:

1. Upload your logo or artwork.
2. Tell us what you'd like us to create.
3. Our designers build your design.
4. We add the finished design to your personal OctoPatches Design Library.
5. Once approved, you can order it anytime without paying the setup fee again.

This is perfect if you:

• Have a logo but don't want to design the patch.
• Need help with a more complex art design.
• Want to see a digital preview of the patch before ordering.

Turnaround

Designs are typically completed within 2-3 business days.

Important Notes

• This fee covers design and setup only.
• No physical product is included.
• Once your design is completed, you can order as many as you'd like from your Design Library.
• Major redesigns or completely different concepts are not included. 

Artwork Requirements

Our Design Setup Service is intended to convert your existing logo or artwork into a production-ready Custom Patch or 3D Flex design.

Please note:

• You must provide finished, usable artwork or a logo.
• We do not create new logos, redesign logos, recreate low-quality artwork, or provide branding services.
• We do not add or remove design elements, change wording, create new graphics, or make creative modifications beyond what is necessary to prepare your artwork for production.
• Your artwork should be as close to final as possible before submitting.
• If your file is not suitable for production, we may ask you to provide a higher-quality version before work begins.
• If your request requires logo design, extensive artwork recreation, or significant design changes, it falls outside the scope of this service your order may be rejected and refunded.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you are requesting production setup of your existing artwork, not custom graphic design or logo creation.
